Follow these simple requirements and you will save time (both yours and ours), raise up your pro skill and, which is the main, prevent your content from getting lost among files received from other musicians (and it will also add loyality points to your band).
1. CV
File name: CV_musician name
Acceptable file formats: txt, doc, docx, pdf
• Name, location, genre, year of foundation
• Social media and streaming links where you are active
• Short artist bio (2-4 sentences, which comprehensively reveal how unique you are: Who are you as a musician? What kind of the music do you perform? What is your music about? What is your main feature? etc)
• Members (current staff only!)
• List of your discography (if you have it)
2. Release information
File name: Release_release title_musician name
Acceptable file formats: txt, doc, docx, pdf
• Short and descriptive text about release credits such as title, release date, list of the songs with their duration, music recording studio, team and other important information (Who is a songwriter? Who participated in the recording? Who is soundproducer? Who created the artwork? etc)
• A story about your release, including any details you feel are relevant to introduce your new release (such as the inspiration for your music, catchy lines from lyrics, quotes from music critics, etc)
3. Musician photos
File name: Photo_№_musician name
• A few pro high-resolution musician photos (1-3 horizontal, 1-2 vertical) without any text or logo overlay (photographer’s credit is allowed)
4. Release artwork
File name: Cover_release title_musician name
• A high-resolution image of release cover art
5. Logo
File name: Logo_musician name
Acceptable file formats:
• vector — ai, eps
or
• raster — psd, tiff (layers, 300 dpi, hi-resolution)
* if fonts are used, then attach the font file or convert it into curves (vector) / smart object (raster).
6. Music
File name: №_track name
Acceptable file format: mp3 320 kbps
• Songs from your release
* if your release has more than 1 song, then highlight the most interesting tracks (on your opinion) with ! before track number
* if your release is a video, then send direct link to it
7. Contacts
• Contact person name, e-mail, phone number
Compose all these files in folder at Google drive or Dropbox, and send e-mail with the theme as News: band name — release name to info@nvymetalpromotion.com
Sending us your release, you confirm that your files does not violate copyrights. You also consent to our use of the information and mediafiles provided by you in order to create news about your release on our resources.
